As a New Business Assistant at Madison Planning Group, Colleen plays an key role in delivering a seamless onboarding experience for new clients. She manages the preparation of client paperwork, opens SEI accounts, and coordinates asset transfers with precision and efficiency. Highly organized and detail-oriented, Colleen oversees each account from initiation through completion—selecting the appropriate applications, maintaining accurate client information, and ensuring funds are transferred correctly and on time. She strives to create a positive client experience, encouraging open communication and instilling confidence that their accounts are handled with care.

Colleen entered the financial services industry after choosing to pursue a new professional path beyond teaching. She was drawn to Madison Planning Group by its strong reputation, collaborative culture, and shared commitment to client-focused values, which immediately resonated with her.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Saint Thomas Aquinas College and previously maintained a teaching license. Her background in education has shaped her clear communication style, strong attention to detail, and dedication to serving others—skills that translate naturally into her role supporting both clients and colleagues.

To Colleen, success means consistently acting in the client’s best interest and helping position them for long-term financial well-being. She takes pride in contributing to work that supports retirement planning and financial security for families. Outside the office, Colleen enjoys time with friends and family and takes time to relax and recharge. Her interests include reading, arts and crafts, movies, and history.
