As a Planning Associate at Madison Planning Group, Joe plays a key role in supporting clients’ long-term financial success. He is responsible for preparing comprehensive financial plans, illustrations, and proposals across a range of financial products, while also overseeing investment portfolios and working closely with portfolio managers. With a strong focus on portfolio management and financial planning, he continuously monitors financial markets and relevant news to help ensure strategies remain aligned with clients’ evolving goals. His priority is making sure clients feel supported, understood, and empowered as they work toward their financial future.

Joe began his career at Madison Planning Group in 2022, starting as an intern and gaining firsthand exposure to the planning process under the mentorship of Gary. That experience allowed him to build a strong foundation in both the technical and relational aspects of financial planning, and confirmed his interest in helping individuals and families make thoughtful, informed decisions about their finances. In 2025, he was hired full-time in the planning department.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics and Statistics from Stony Brook University, as well as a Master’s degree in Finance from Baruch College. He is also fully licensed, holding his Series 7 and Series 66 securities licenses along with his New York State Life, Accident, and Health license. His analytical background and education support a disciplined, detail-oriented approach to financial planning and investment strategy.

While financial markets are constantly changing, Joe believes the core of financial planning is about listening, building trust, and guiding clients through meaningful decisions that shape their lives. To him, success means knowing that clients feel heard and supported, and that the plans built together provide lasting financial security and peace of mind.

Outside of the office, Joe stays active and enjoys golfing and snowboarding, as well as trying new foods and spending time with family and friends. He previously played collegiate soccer at Stony Brook University, an experience that helped shape his teamwork mindset and strong work ethic.
